Subject: NCGNE0914 - concluded?
Good morning Stan.
I received an NOI for Case Farms Processing at 121 Rand Street, Morganton NC.
Please review the email string below.
Was NCGNE0914 ever concluded (circa 2013)? 1 do not find a letter in our set of files.
Your answer will determine how I am to proceed.
Thank you for your assistance.

I agree. A new one is best. But also follow up with the RO to get the NCGNE sorted out. If it was never addressed, and the
facility no longer needs it, we'll have to decide how to conclude that application (withdraw, for example). If it was
approved but never documented, we should issue it in BIMS for the duration it was in effect and then rescind the NCGNE
once they are covered by NCG06 again.

My vote is to start a new one but I'm interested to hear Bethany's thoughts.

Subject: Guidance - NOI NCG060000
Ladies,
I have a NOI for Case Farms Processing at 121 Rand Street, Morganton NC.
This facility had NCG060116 (inactive/closed facility)
And has NCGNE0914 (in review since 2013)
They are now applying for a NCG060000 again.
Do I work with the old inactive permit or start a new one?
Please advise.
