A new one is best. But also follow up with the RO to get the NCGNE sorted out. If it was never addressed, and the facility no longer needs it, we'll have to decide how to conclude that application (withdraw, for example). If it was approved but never documented, we should issue it in BIMS for the duration it was in effect and then rescind the NCGNE once they are covered by NCG06 again. This facility had NCG060116 (inactive/closed facility) And has NCGNE0914 (in review since 2013) They are now applying for a NCG060000 again. Do I work with the old inactive permit or start a new one?
