The dissipator pad impact - 27 If of buried to existing grade riprap
The dewater impact - temporary impact that will not exceed 20 If
AND the outfall impacts. - riprap will be buried to grade and will stop prior to top of bank.

Please see the attached PCN for the South Charlotte Transfer Station. This permit was previously submitted and
assigned DWR 18-1735. David withdrew the application for the Corps but I am not sure if you withdrew the application
as well or not. Please let me know if a formal submission with check needs to be sent to DWR office in Raleigh or if this
email will be sufficient.
