All permittees operating under a Special Order by Consent (SOC) must pay an SOC Administration Fee.
This requirement is documented in North Carolina General Statute 143-215.31) (c)(1). The total amount
owed by the City of Kings Mountain for the Pilot Creek WWTP is $500.00. This fee was due on 07/01/2018.
The next Annual Fees are due 07/01/2019 and 07/01/2020. The SOC expires on August 31, 2020.
Make checks payable to NC DEQ; include your permit number and SOC number [WQ S 16-001 Ad 1 ] on
