I'm working on the correction letter just now. The cover page had an address from an older template, and we missed it
before it went out.
The permit coverage under NCG130000 will begin as soon as there is industrial activity at the site . It is not normally
required that you send a letter of notification to DEQ ahead of that for a Stormwater NPDES General Permit unless
requested to do so. I have copied Zahid Kahn in the MRO to see if his regional office wants this notification, and I'll let
him advise.

The first page of the permit references a North Graham Street address in Mecklenburg Co. Not sure how that address
links to this project. The Dukeville address is the best mailing and physical address.
One additional item for clarification is the actual implementation date for the permit. The facility is still under
construction, but covered under a construction stormwater permit. Once the site is complete and operational, should a
letter of notification be provided to Raleigh and the Mooresville regional office?

I noticed that he addressed the letter to Henry Botkins at the 1385 Dukeville Street address in Salisbury, but the address
on the NOI for the owner/operator is the 400 South Tryon Street address in Charlotte. Where is the best place for the
hard copy of this correction to go? (The original already mailed out yesterday— sorry about that). I will also email you
the correction once I can get it done.

Please see the attached Certificate of Coverage (COC), cover letter, and permit map for the Buck Ash Beneficiation
facility. Note that this is an augmented COC that requires regular monitoring. Rick Riddle in our group did the majority
of work on this, but he left our group for another position at the beginning of the month before being able to finalize
it. We issued the permit and wanted to get these out to you; we will mail the package out today. If you have any
questions, I will do my best to answer them. The signed copies are also available in our ILa_serF ghe repers to in the
