County. After review of your application, we have determined that this facility is ineligible
for tax certification at this time. In accordance with GS 105-275(8), a facility must have
wastewater abatement equipment on -site, and it must be required by either an appropriate
NPDES wastewater or pretreatment permit. This facility does not appear to have a NPDES
wastewater or pretreatment permit, because none of the permits listed in your application
(WQ0039900, WQ0038790, Early Works JC#16-003-C, Jurisdictional Wetlands 401
#IWP000005/ Cert #4051, ACOE 404 #SAW-2015-02127, Air Permit #07239R08, and
WQ0038791) fit into one of these categories. NPDES Stormwater permits (NCG01000)
are ineligible and do not qualify for tax certification. As such, we are returning your
application and materials with this correspondence. You may reapply for tax certification
if the facility obtains a NPDES wastewater or pretreatment permit in the future.
