For your awareness, our CROM tank mixer and rail system failed in July 2018 and two sludge samples were unable to be collected for fecal analyses between 7/24/18 - 8/17/18. To resume operation, the rail system and mixer had to be refabricated and reinstalled, and the motors rewound. Additionally, impacts from Hurricane Florence temporarily closed our laboratory, and prevented sludge sample collection for fecal analysis between 9/11/18 - 9/25/18. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Travis Voorhees, Environmental Quality Branch, Environmental Management Division, G-F, at (910) 451-9518. Sincerely, • rn .6 .-c v John R.
