To remove Bridge 890097 and replace with a new, modern bridge structure.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
Erosion and sedimentation control measures will be installed. Bridge demolition will include the removal of the bridge deck and the removal of the piers and the bridge abutments, and
temporary impacts to 139 linear feet of Lanes Creek may result. Bridge replacement construction using heavy equipment from the upland roadway approaches. Deck drains are
proposed but will not discharge directly to the creek. Runoff from the bridge will be routed to a traffic bearing grated drop inlet and discharged to the stream floodplain downstream of
the bridge. The proposed bridge will be built on the same alignment with a temporary off-site detour.
