In compliance with the provision of North Carolina Gonoral Statuto 14� 215 1, othor lawful
standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental
Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
McCarthy Improvement Company, Inc.
is hereby authorized to operate wastewater treatment system(s) and discharge
stormwater and wastewater from a facility located at:
McCarthy RDU Concrete Batch Plant
978 Corporate Street
Morrisville
Wake County
to receiving waters designated as Little Brier Creek, class QNSW waters in the Neuse River
Basin, in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other
coudiLious seL foi Lit in Pat Ls I, II, III, IV, V and VI of General Per►nit No. NCG140000 as
attached.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective March 14, 2019.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
