This letter is to provide a written response to address the discrepancy noted in the Compliance
Evaluation Inspection Report dated October 5, 2010. During the last stormwater analytical monitoring
event, the pH measurements were not performed within 15 minutes of collection as required. Samples
were tested in the onsite lab after collection; however, the nature of the rain event and representative
sample collection requirements did not allow this testing to he. performed in the lah within 15 minutos.
We have purchased a new portable pH meter which will be used in future monitoring events to perform
the pH measurements in the field as each sample is collected.
