Dear Mr. Davidson,
This letter is in response to the above NOV dated March 6, 2019 and received by
James & James on or about March 14, 2019. The violation was for the month of
December.
After much research through last years files I noted that there was a sample
signed in for the above violation in October. I then contacted the Lab we were
using (Research & Analytical Laboratories) and had them check their files in the
office. After several attempts of getting an answer from them they sent over the
results from the sample collected on October 23, 2oi8 and resulted out on
November 5, 2018.
I have sent over an email in regards to this matter with proof of the sampling that
was done. This system has a very good record of staying on top of any sampling
through the calendar year. I have also went through and revised the December
eDMR to show this sampling.
We would appreciate consideration of any assessments.
