The Division of Water Resources (Division)received your sludge survey information on March
7, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for the five lagoons at VF Farms, LLC facility.. Due to the amounts of treatment volume
available,the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31,2022 for all
five lagoons.
The next sludge survey for the lagoons at VF Farms, LLC should be performed before
December 31,2022.Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
