Following your letter dated of July 15th 2015, we are pleased to notify you that we have
followed your instructions and enlarged, controlled the flow and lined with clay the ponds that
collect all storm waters from the property. Three ponds are now connected and catching all
water rainfalls. The ponds are large and deep enough to prevent discharges. They were tested
during the heavy rain of October 20th this year.
We took some photographs in attachment, showing the completed job site and the storage
capability during the storm.
If you need additional actions from us, please let me know and we will do everything you need
to comply.

We are pleased to submit our first Annual Report required per our contract # NCS 000358. Sorry to be
late on the deadline as I just got knowledge of the requirement. We have had to downsize our personnel
due to a slow activity during the second semester of 2011. Todd Blair is no longer employed by Roll -
Tech and I had decided not to replace him until the economy justifies another managing Director for the
company. During the mean time I will be your contact and you must feel free to contact me at any time.
The attached report is missing data collection for the last quarter of 2011. We had very little production
during that time. Otherwise, the numbers are close to be within the minimum requirement per the .
benchmark. We are not doing anything else at this time to decrease the pollution level since we are
better and we have decreased our output.
