General Project Narrative: The existing single span 22'-4" bridge over Caudle Branch on SR 1408 (Deep Springs Rd) is being replaced with a single span (1 @65') 24" cored slab bridge. The bridge will be

flow occurs along the toe of the fill slopes. On the begin side of the bridge, a tra�c bearing 2G1 drainage inlets was placed on the low side of the superelevation to pick up runoff
from the bridge. Class-II rip rap abutment protection on both banks of the stream is also proposed to prevent future erosion and stream migration.
