4h. Explain the purpose of the proposed project:*
The purpose of the project is to re -construct the eroded stream bank that has exposed the sanitary sewer line, and stabilize the streambank with coir fabric and riprap to protect the
sewer line and prevent re -exposing it.
41. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
The project involves placing fill over the exposed sewer line, reshaping the bank at a 2:1 slope, matting with coir fabric, and armoring the streambank with riprap to prevent the sewer
line from being re -exposed. A tracked excavator was used to perform the work.
