Ian;
Let's put this on hold. We need a site visit to evaluate the lower reach for mitigation (appears to flow
through a wooded area).
Also, please request that they provide design information on the proposed stormwater pond; the
existing lake on the property is providing stormwater treatment value. we want to get an idea of what
level of stormwater treatment we can expect with the removal of the existing lake and the construction
of the offline sotmrwater pond.
Give me a call if you have any questions. You can also ask John d. for clarification (he has reviewed
this one as well).
