Upon inspection I recommend that this facility be granted Certificate of Coverage NCG030696.
Additionally, I recommend that the site create and implement a SWPPP within 3 months due to high risk of stormwater
exposure as evidenced by analytical monitoring samples from a neighboring facility. The site will likely exceed
benchmarks for zinc due to the amount of metal materials stored outdoors and the galvanizing plant surrounding this
facility.
