Dear Storm water Permitting Unit;
We respectfully submit the enclosed original and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report for Bestway South, Inc., NPDES Stormwater Discharge Permit NCS000328. This
submission is for storm water discharge #l, sample # 11c.
This report reflects a corrected date. The sample number you received was correct, the signature and
date were correct, but the date on the report was incorrect. I apologize for the mistake.
This sampling reflects guidelines per our previous permit. We have still not received a new permit. We
are continuing our monitoring as though it is still in place. As per normal, our copper levels exceeded
the benchmark level. In response to this benchmark value being above limit, we are continuing with
our Tier Two response as outlined in our permit. I now will re -sample at the next possible rain event
that produces an outfall. The Tier Two response will be documented in our storm water pollution
prevention plan as required and sampling will be conducted in a timely manner and, as always, we will
continue to try and improve our results.

We finally have had a rain event that has yielded an outfall to obtain a sample for sampling.
This sampling reflects guidelines per our previous permit. We have still not received a new permit. We
are continuing our monitoring as though it is still in place. As per normal, our copper levels exceeded
the benchmark level. In response to this benchmark value being above limit, we are continuing with
our Tier Two response as outlined in our permit. I now will re -sample at the next possible rain event
that produces an outfall. The Tier Two response will be documented in our storm water pollution
prevention plan as required and sampling will be conducted in a timely manner and, as always, we will
continue to try and improve our results.

Dear Stormwater Permitting Unit;
We respectfully submit the enclosed original and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report for Bestway South, Inc., NPDES Stoniiwater Discharge Permit NCS000328. This
submission is for stormwater discharge sample # 1 Ob
This sample is part of our Tier Two response regarding continual monitoring of copper.
Our copper level result was again above the benchmark value, as it always is. On the positive side, it
was lower than the previous sample. In response to this benchmark value being above limit, we are
continuing with our Tier Two response as outlined in our permit. I now will re -sample at the next
possible rain event that produces an outfall. The Tier Two response will be documented in our
stormwater pollution prevention plan as required and sampling will be conducted in a timely manner
and, as alway,, nue to try and improve our results.
