Send all suspicious email as al to v Anthony this is a follow up on our discussion yesterday regarding the way forward, from a permit perspective, for the Dr. Keith Hlnnant site in the Village of Walnut Creek, Wayne County. There are several "hoops" that the owner needs to go through to effectively be able to build and ultimately reside on this property. Firstly, he is in the process of determining his house plan, which will give us the footprint, elevations, wastewater estimation, etc. When that is more settled, we will need to better evaluate the site from a wastewater perspective to determine how wastewater will be handled, whether it be on or offsite. After that, several approvals and agreements will need to be obtained from the Walnut Creek planning boards, including but not necessarily limited to permit to fill the site, wastewater, drainage easement relocation, potentially pond drainage for rear site improvements, architectural control, etc. Dr. Hinnant would like to proceed with putting a bulkhead in along the rear and filling his site, however, at this moment we don't know if this site is feasible or not. My suggestion would be to hold off on permitting this site until we receive the house plan and can do better site planning and layout, grading, and determine wastewater. After that we should be able to dually permit the buffer restoration and approvals necessary through Walnut Creek. The revised buffer restoration submittal will likely have a bulkhead option, with a timeline to install in the winter of 2019. As we discussed though, as soon as the EC plan is approved, the owner does intend to clean the site up and stabilize the area in the rear while these decisions are being made. Hopefully this approval will be approved within the next couple of weeks. With all of the above in mind, can we put a four month hold on the buffer restoration plan review and subsequent approval? This would give us until July 1St ish to have a better plan in place on how to proceed. If you have questions or concerns regarding the above, please advise.
