The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on
December 1, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirements for Lagoons TM & TM2 at Terry Miller Farm Sites 1&2 facility. Due to the
amounts of treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed
until December 31, 2023.
The next sludge survey for lagoons TM & TM2 at Terry Miller Farm Sites 1&2 should be
performed before December 31, 2023. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records
