On February 18, 2019, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources, conducted a compliance inspection
for the subject single-family irrigation system. Your assistance during, the inspection was appreciated.
Attached is a copy of tlic inspection report.
The following %vas noted during the inspection
• The effluent filter in the septic tank needed to be cleaned. Please clean the filter
• It has been six years since septic tank was pumped, please consider having the tank pumped.
• Two spray heads in the irrigation field were not rotating,, please inspect.: replace heads to ensure
that they are rotating properly
• There is a leak of ground water into the pump tank from the inlet. Please investigate repairing the
seal around the inlet.
As of February 28"`, you had repaired one of the spray heads, please ensure that the other spray head is
replaced.
