On March 5, 2019, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources, conducted a compliance
inspection for the subject single-family irrigation system. Your assistance during the inspection
was appreciated. Attached is a copy of the inspection report. As you requested, attached is a list of
businesses that work on single family wastewater systems.
On the day of the inspection, the wastek.Nater treatment units and irrigation equipment appeared to
be well maintained. The audio and visual alarm was functional. The irrigation area had a %vell-
maintained wire fence. One of the spray heads stopped rotating during the inspection, please
repair..'replace this spray head.
