Dear Ms. Grzyb,
As Town Manager and the responsible party for the Tabor City WWTP(NPDES#
NC0026000)I write you to inform the Division that our application for NPDES renewal
will miss the March 4,2019 deadline by about 10 days.We have been working nonstop
since receiving the reminder from the division on Feb 26,3 days ago, and request the
division to grant us an extension of about 10 days.We are feverishly finding our records
and requesting copies of the results from the analyzing labs and assembling them onto the
NPDES application.We are working with our consultants overtime to supply the required
details for the permit application which are many.I sincerely appreciate your considering
out request for an extension to submit our NPDES permit renewal package.
