Mikal,
I have attached the SSO for 9 Haywood Office Park as well as the initial report. Also as part of mitigation measures to
help prevent future SSO in this area we are making a place holder in our annual budget to have smoke testing on our
infrastructure in this area as well as the laterals that connect to this trunk line from adjacent Municipalities. Also to
correct any problems on our end we are looking at slip lining our larger lines to eliminate I&I also to include manhole
rehabilitation on this line as well.
