Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:* Ten soil borings are proposed to be advanced in the streambed of Northeast Creek using a drill rig set on a barge. The borings will be advanced using the mud rotary method. This method involves setting a piece of 4° or 6" diameter casing between the drill rig and the river bed to contain the drilling fluid and cutting returns.
