No site visit was conducted during this inspection. The actual site visit and land application event was performed on November 26, 2018. This permit renewed on July 1, 2016. The permit will remain in force through June 30, 2021. The data presented indicates LA of the class B residuals occurred within compliance with the active permit. PVAR is conducted through lime stabilization. All lime stabilization data is presented along with the appropriate work sheets indicating Annual Metals Loading Summary for all fields the received residual material during 2018. TCLP was performed by EPA method 610C which does calculate the total metals. ESP presented by the contract lab appears to be incomplete. Sodium percent does not necessarliy directly equate to ESP. However, the low value of sodium suggests the lack of exchageable percent available to be harmful to vegatation grown on the permitted fields.
