boulevard road. Tract "G" of Piedmont Crossing eAsts to the north of the future boulevard, but this tract has no jurisdictional WOTUS or buffers and as such no impacts are anticipated.
It's uncertain at this time when Tract "G" would be developed, but most certainly after the construction of the boulevard.
Are any other NWP(s), regional general permit(s), or individual permits(s) used, or intended to be used, to authorize any part of the proposed project or related activity?
No. This is the last NWP request anticipated for the development.

E. Impact Justification and Mitigation U
1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
Impacts for this section were part of the original permit, but were not installed. The site was delineated and field verified by the USACE and the site
plan was developed to avoid as many impacts as possible. There are two temporary impacts for this project, which will be brought back to pre -
construction conditions. All other jurisdictional WOTt1S and buffers have been avoided.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Standard construction and erosion control techniques will be implemented for this project. Equipment typically used for the installation of sanitary
sewer lines will be used such as excavators, etc.
