Mrs. McCoy— I need to cancel a Stormwater Permit. I've attached the most recent invoice for the Stormwater Permit for
Dellner, Inc. for reference since it includes the information related to the Stormwater Permit I need to cancel.

How do I cancel the Stormwater Permit at the old address? I think we are in the process of applying for and/or receiving a
Stormwater Permit for the new address.
