PERCS Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the updated Long Term Monitoring
Plan (LTMP) submitted by the City of Whiteville. The LTMP was initially received by the Division
on January 28, 2019, followed by a revision received on March 5, 2019.
The review indicates that the updated LTMP is adequate and meets the requirements needed to
establish a site -specific Headworks Analysis (HWA). Proper implementation of an LTMP is also
required by your NPDES permit.
