PERCS Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the updated Long Term Monitoring Plans
(LTMPs) for both Archie Elledge and Muddy Creek WWTPs. The LTMP updates were received by the
Division on December 20, 2018 in regards to the Division's LTMP Updates letter, dated December 6, 2018.
The review indicates that the LTMP updates are adequate and meet the requirements needed to
establish a site -specific Headworks Analysis (HWA). Proper implementation of an LTMP is also required
by Part IV, Section D, of your NPDES permit.
