Wastewater discharge occurred in the first, second, and third quarters of 2016. No flow conditions were observed in the fourth quarter of 2016 with the exception of three days, 10/1/2016 — 10/3/2016. These three days were part of a discharge associated with the final third quarter discharge event and are represented by the September 30, 2016 sampling data. An annual DMR report for 2016 is attached for your records. A "No Flow" DMR report has been submitted to the Raleigh Regional Office as is required 30 days after the end of the monitoring period to comply with NPDES reporting requirements as specified in Section E (1). A copy of the DMR report is also provided as part of this submitta► package. Upon review sampling data, a pH exceedance was noted in the January 7, 2016 laboratory data report. The low pH value was attributed to the historic acidic nature of site soils as has been historically conveyed in past reports. Follow-up sampling was conducted within the reporting period on March 28, 2016 which met permit requirements. A pH exceedance was noted in the September 30, 2016 laboratory data report. Sample results were received on October, 6 2016. An exceedance DMR report was submitted to the Raleigh Regional Office dated November 6, 2016 within 30 days of the receipt of laboratory data as required in the NPDES permit conditions. The low pH value was attributed to the historic acidic nature of site soils as has been historically conveyed in past reports. Please see attached for the annual DMR report form for sampling data. Stormwater basins 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 were sampled during the first semi-annual reporting period. Due to site conditions and accessibility during qualifying rain events, groups of basins were sampled on different dates rather than all at one time. All sampling was completed during the first semi-annual reporting period. Analytical reports from the sampling events are also included in this submittal package. A minor exceedance in Total Suspended Solids (TSS) was observed at outfall 4 on 6/16/2016. No downstream impacts were observed. A resampling of Outfall 4 was completed on 6/28/2016 whereby compliant results were obtained. During the second semi-annual reporting period, all stormwater basins were placed into no -flow status to retain stormwater as part of on -site water conservation efforts. No sampling was conducted during the second semi-annual reporting period due to no flow conditions. A DMR report was sent to the Raleigh Regional Office as required within 30 days of the completion of the second semi-annual reporting period (Period 2) which ended December 31, 2016.
