Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. As a reminder, Effluent
Pollutant Scans are required in 2019 and 2020. The Town should complete the third pollutant scan in early 2021
before the permit expires on March 31, 2021 to still satisfy the three Effluent Pollutant Scans required for this
permit cycle. Please keep in mind the seasonal variation requirement for the pollutant scans. Reference Section A.3
of the permit for details.
