Certification No. 4132. GC 4132 can be found at the following link:

Written approval is not required provided all the thresholds and
conditions are met. Pay particular attention to Condition # 9 which
prohibits excavation in flowing water. A separate Buffer
Authorization is not required provided the stream impacts at the
crossings remain below 40 linear feet.
