As discussed in our January 29, 2019 telephone conversation, the effluent flow meter at the
Equipment & Supply Inc. facility was recalibrated on January 29, 2019 by Clear Water, Inc.
personnel. During this recalibration process, the total flow was reset from 9,584,139 gallons to 0
gallons.
