This inspection was conducted to determine whether the facility is currently operating in compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG500000 (Certificate of Coverage NCG500667). Aili Spearman (Environmental Manager), Rob Williamson (General Manager) and Tim Basilone (VP-Environmental Affairs) were present and assisted in the inspection. AZP is sampling as required by permit. The permittee requested to add two new outfalls to their general permit as part of the ongoing upgrades at the facility. Inspectors toured the site and visually inspected the new air compressor locations. The new outfalls are not currently in use and are therefore not being sampled. Ms. Spearman indicated there are sampling ports before the discharge mixes with any additional waste streams. No reported issues with the oil and water separators onsite. Another site visit will be conducted once production resumes later this year. No violations of permit conditions were noted at the time of the inspection. NCG500667 17 (Cont.)
