Inspection Summary:
DWR onsite with Martin McLawhorn and Chris Love (Engineer) of NC Soil and Water to determine integrity of recycle lagoon.
There are several large trees on the recycles bank and one growing through the lagoon. We determined that this lagoon needs to
be closed out or repaired to prevent failure. Chris Love will write a letter of recommendation.
