This letter is to serve as the Town of Seaboard's response and acknowledgement to the
NOV-2019-PC-0057 from the compliance inspection performed on our Spray Irrigation Facility
permit #WQ0003299 on January3l, 2019 by Rick Trone and the accompanying letter dated
February 4, 2019.
Regarding deficiency noted that is Condition 4 : Standing water is unavoidable due to
the time of year and the rainfall accompanied by the required irrigation, but all measures are
taken to minimize the ponding of water and any runoff on or from the fields.

Regarding deficiency noted as Candition13 : Freeboard lavel gauges have been placed at 1'
pond 1 and pond 3.-

Regarding deficiency noted as Condition 12 : The annual sail analysis will be performed
as soon as conditions dry out enough to get representative samples from fields.
