General Program Information° ® The Town of Stanley's pretreatment program is being contract operated by Two Rivers Utilities. ® The Town of Stanley's SUO, IWS and industrial permits are up to date. Headworks Analysis, Short Term Monitoring Plan (STMP) and Allocation Table are not required. ® There is no Historical SNC Report. Pretreatment Program Info. Database changes: o "Stream information", "Design Flow", Design mgd is SIU permitted", and "Permitted SIU flow (mgd)" all reference discharge from the now decommissioned Lola Street WWTP. All wastewater is now being treated at the Long Creek WWTP (NPDES #NC0020184) o The number of WWTP SIU's and Program SIU's is now "2" o The number of WWTP CIU's and Program CIU's remains "1" o Please replace "Mr. Andrew Quinley" with "Mr. Steve Denton". General Permit Information SITU Information • Permit Information -Georgia Pacific, LLC was issued SIU Permit #006 effective 2/12/2018. Industry was previously permitted by the Town of Mount Holly, but when the flow for this industry was switched to go to Two Rivers Utilities' Long Creek WWTP, this new permit was issued by the Town of Stanley. This permit was modified April 1, 2018 and July 16, 2018. All permit issuances and modifications were approved by NC DEQ. o The SIU was not SNC during either six month periods. o The SIU is not on a Compliance Schedule. o The SIU did not need an Authorization to Construct (AtoC). o The SIU's wastewater was sampled according with permit requirements.
