Please discontinue the use of “Holiday” in the Drop-down Box for “No Reporting Reason” for “Continuous Flow.”
Per your NPDES Permit, Continuous Flow must be reported 365 days per year. Use of the drop-down box prevents
the entering of the flow or other parameters for that day.
Holidays may be reported by putting an “H” in the parameter columns.

To further clarify, please fill in the “ORC on Site” column with “N” for No on the day you did not visit the facility.

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
