The required 3:1 (+/-) slope required to stabilize the bank will enter the zone 1 buffer of Hare Snipe Creek. A retaining wall 3 F from the top of creek bank and to tie back into the right side so that the "modified sewer easement - colored version of map" is just outside the retaining wall. On the left side (cul - de- sac side) following the property line to the property line all the way around till it connects back up to the right of way (see colored map) is require to stabilize the bank.
