In accordance with an oral request received February 20, 2019 from Rolf Blizzard, we are
forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004823 issued February 5, 2019.
The corrections to the subject permit are as follows:
1. The monitoring frequencies for Total Suspended Solids (PCS #00530) and Total Dissolved
Solids - 180 °C (PCS #70300) on pages 1 and 2 of Attachment A have been amended.
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004823 issued February 5, 2019 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
