This submission was received by the Division on January 18, 2019. Additional information was requested and was received on February 5, 2019 and February 19, 2019. The review indicates that with the additional information received, the LTMP is adequate and the requirements needed to establish a site -specific Headworks Analysis (HWA) are met. Proper implementation of a LTMP is also required by the City's NPDES permit. Please refer to the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs (Comprehensive Guide), Chapter for additional information and examples.
