Columbus County is required to prepare a Pretreatment Annual Report summarizing the compliance status
of the significant industrial user at the Columbus County Publicly Owned Treatment Worlcs (POTW). As of
December 2017, the Columbus County POTW did not receive influentwastewater from the sole significant
industrial user. As no industrial wastewater was discharged to the facility, no flow monitoring or sampling
was conducted by the industry or County. Please accept this letter notifying you of no industrial flow in
2oi8 as the Pretreatment Annual Report submittal for 2018.
