Tim Heim of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the facility
on February 21, 2019. Gray Wilke, Brandon Buchanan, David Helms (Environmental Inc) and John
Impagliatelli (Wildcat Cliffs Facilities) were present at the time of the inspection.
This facility includes a 15kGal package plant that is generally operated during offseason (winter)
months and a 35 kGal package plant that is operated during warmer months. The 35 kGal package
plant is new and a number of technical issues have needed to be corrected for proper operation. The
ORC and Mr. Impagliatelli report that the new plant should be operational when needed this spring. A
final performance test from the manufacturer is still pending.
The following items were noted during the inspection:
Verify that the effluent autosampler is set to flow proportional mode.
If Mr. Wilke is taking over as ORC for Mr. Buchanan, make sure the correct paperwork has been
submitted to document this change.
