III. Certification Statement:
I Elizabeth Goodson certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the
receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of
the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis
has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best
available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and 11 plus all
attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. Signature of this
form indicates acceptance of this wastewater flow.

PROJECT NARRATIVE
The proposed Pittsboro Place Apartments is located on a +i- 15.78 acre tract within the
existing Pittsboro Place Planned Unit development within the Town limits of Pittsboro.
The proposed development will consist of the construction of 264 apartment units that
will included 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units along with the development of a clubhouse with
an outdoor swimming pool and amenity area for an overall flow rate of 68,880 gpd.
There is an existing 8-inch sanitary sewer outfall main (WQ 0024317) traversing through
the site which will require the relocation of approximately 730 if of this main. This
relocation will take place prior to extension of the new 8-inch main and is included in the
permitting linear footage. Once relocated this main will be certified prior to being placed
in service and new extension of main will commence.

Hi Joe,
We received that on January 14th. Due to the volume of applications we received coupled with our other duties. It is
typically taking us between 5-8 weeks to review and issue permits. With that said, we should be able to review and have
that permit issued by the first of next week, if not earlier (pending no major issues with the application).
Thanks,
-Jason
