U-6030.pdf Follow Up Flag: Follow up Flag Status: Flagged Travis, I wanted to send DWR comments to you directly because I missed the SEPA comment deadline. As we discussed on the phone, there are a few things missing from the scoping checklist. I found a historical property along Ballantyne Commons Parkway, not sure if it is still eligible, but I wanted to let you know so it was addressed. Both streams in this project are on the 303d list, though the list was answered as `no'. There is no determination for residences, school, or church impacts —so I am unsure how the competing resources will be addressed. And Six Mile Creek has known populations of a federally endangered mussel, the Carolina Heelsplitter, just so you are aware. Thank you for the opportunity to comment and let me know if you have any questions. Regards, Donna
