I believe the high ammonia levels for that month were a result of plant difficulties encountered
during a storm which hydraulically overwhelmed the plant, and pushed wastewater and mass onto
the spray field.
Recovery efforts were completed in December 2018, and the field was returned to proper
conditions. Nutrient levels at the wells have returned or are returning to normal.
Thank you,
Glenn Vance
