Description of Treatment: Automatic Bar Screen, two 0.75 mg aeration basins, two clarifiers
which are currently being utilized for solid retention and treatment. One 3mg basin and one 1.5mg
basin, one 220,000 gallon aerobic digester, Chlorine Gas disinfection contact basin followed by a
dechlorination basin using sulphur dioxide gas.

January 15 -19th one Effluent Composite sample taken due to bitter cold and snow. February 22
Influent sampler operational and put in service. September 16-22 only 2 Composite samples taken
due to flooding from Hurricane Florence. Issues noted on monthly DMR and NCDWQ was notified
of these events.
