Responses in red text. 1. According to plan sheet C-201 of each pond, stormwater flows from the following roof drain lines and headwalls are not discharged directly into the wet ponds. Please explain how each of these flow outfalls are (or will be) conveyed to the wet pond. a. Pond #1 (Lot 9 - Eastern Property Line); Line M and HW4 HW4 discharges on rip-rap and then by way of grass lined ditch, providing an adequate channel, running from west to east on the north side of the building and then into Forebay 2, as indicated on ND-156 Sheet C201, Site Grading Plan Building 1. b. Pond #2 (Lot 10 - SW of Building 2); Line H and HW3 HW3 discharges on rip-rap and then by way of grass lined ditch, providing an adequate channel, running from north to south on the west side of the building and then into Forebay 1 as indicated on ND-157 Sheet C201, Site Grading Plan Building 2. c. Pond #3 (Lot 11 - SW of Building 3); Line N and HW4 HW4 discharges on rip-rap and then by way of grass lined ditch, providing an adequate channel, running from north to south on the west side of the building and then into the Forebay, as indicated on ND-158 Sheet C201, Site Grading Plan Building 3. Pond #4, plan sheet C-505 (Drawing #1 - Wet Pond Landscape & Easement Plan), please depict stormwater pipe coming from the roof drain and HW2 that are also discharged into the forebay.
