Cheryl,
I owe you a follow up on this. I realized this morning that this permit was in fact renewed last year, and there is a
renewal COC record in our repository for it. You all just need to get the most recent annual fee sorted out. Please
disregard the instructions down there about contacting Suzanne McCoy so she can renew the permit and send you a
COC. This is usually what we need to do with permittees who owe fees after a recent GP renewal, and I assumed this
was a similar scenario. Apologies for the confusion about that!

You are listed as the Owner -Owner affiliation (person legally responsible) for Atlas Copco the entity in our system, which
is then tied to both of these permits. If we change the owner information for Atlas Copco, it affects both permits. See
the last two screen shots below.
We can identify different facility and permit contacts that will be specific to these sites, but any owner information will
appear for both. Please make sure that you are the best person to be the Owner -Owner affiliation for both these
sites. If not, please let us know who the appropriate contact at Atlas Copco is and submit an n_e_r AFfili_ati_on_cha_n.ge
o..r.. n.. Because our correspondence goes out to the legally responsible person of the Owner/Operator entity at renewal,
it went to the same place for both permits.
We are still showing that permit no NCG030621 owes a fee. Please contact Deborah Reese
(dekcrrah:reese(cndenr:gcrv) to resolve this payment. When yeuRA,r­;_ I-ev, Ishe's ee'd en this ern@illj. she will then be able te (1) renew the permitin eur systern, and (2)
send eut a new GQC. [Yeu wen't be able te use the en line systern because eur Direeter has since changed, and eur CQC
template is different].
Also, please review the Permit Contacts summary for each of these permits and let us know how to update facility
contact and permit contact for each. In the future, we hope to be better about targeting renewal correspondence to
one or both of these contacts as well. Remember you can just email Suzanne updates to those contacts; it's only Owner -
Owner changes that we need the on-line form submittal for.

Here we are again trying to sort out the permits. Lol Our permit is NCG030625, but there is also a permit NCG030621
that is issued to Atlas Copco Orginair Nations Ford Office. I think I may be attached to that one as well.
Brian Lahr is responsible for this one. I am trying to help him to ensure that it gets paid and that he is set up for the
contact on this one. Can you send us the paper work that we would need to get this set up for him and also a copy of the
