Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 1-22-18 letter to Laurel Mountain Retreat attached.

The NOV was for a Fecal Coliform daily limit violation for March 2017 with a 47 mg/L
result on 3-8-17 that exceeded the daily limit of 25mg/L. We continued to collect
additional Fecal samples on 3-15-17 and 3-22-17 with 22 mg/L and <1 mg/L
respectively. The average for the month was 10.11 mg/L. The UV system was cleaned
prior to resampling. The effluent was very clear.
